Formación

• First level university degree in Finance or Economics.
• MBA preferred.
• Typically 3-5 years of experience in Credit & Collections.
• Experience handling a Latin America portfolio preferred.
• Automation skills and knowledge required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Copilot, Power Queries, and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of risk mitigation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the resolution of disputes with internal partners and ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Analyze and research customer receivables account delinquency and determine the communication method for payment facilitation.
• Resolve disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiate payment.
• Identify trends in non-payment and engage internal partners to address issues.
• Initiate dispute resolution processes with internal partners and track progress to resolution.
• Analyze at‑risk customers and recommend account strategies to prevent delinquencies.
• Review and improve processes, providing proactive analysis to enhance team activities and tool usage.
• Conduct regular trainings and provide ongoing training for new and existing team members.
