HP LATAM Market CO PO Lead will steer the People Organization for the Commercial Organization in LATAM, aligning People Partner duties with Country PO teams to achieve strategic goals.

The role requires strong executive coaching, global leadership experience, and strict confidentiality to influence the business direction. You will collaborate with COEs and MDs to drive talent transformation and organizational change.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, including HR Business Partnering.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives and global workforce plans.
• Strong executive coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs.
• Proven track record of managing costs, quality, and timeliness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People Organization (PO) for the Commercial Organization (CO) LATAM Market, including both the People Partner responsibility for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams.
• Support and maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors (MDs).
• Lead Key People Initiatives in Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion.
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners supporting Country MDs.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Business Partners for the employee population.
• Lead global CO projects with scope beyond LATAM, focusing on talent and future of work.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or a similar discipline
