Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico seeks an experienced Change Management Consultant to help clients optimize adoption of strategic initiatives. You will design and deliver communication plans, assess change readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messages align with brand guidelines.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, organizational behavior, psychology, communications, marketing, business or equivalent.
• Background in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.
• Proficiency in using communication software and platforms (email marketing, social media, design software).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethical communication standards and continuous learning.
