Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, VBA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions to meet quality/productivity targets.
• Lead and support a team, managing administrative tasks and building team culture.
• Identify process improvements to optimize operations and customer service.
• Standardize shift processes in collaboration with other managers.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety standards and efficient workflows.
