Cainiao Group in Mexico is seeking a Recruitment Specialist focused on last-mile delivery partners. You will recruit qualified suppliers and onboarding drivers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools.

You will train delivery personnel, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation, and manage recruitment budgets to maintain quality while minimizing costs. You will also liaise across departments and identify process improvements for onboarding.

• Knowledge of last mile delivery processes.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners.
• Provide training on delivery processes and ensure drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools.
• Ensure suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery.
• Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
