Cainiao Group is seeking a dedicated professional to recruit qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners in Mexico. You will train delivery teams, verify regulatory documentation, manage onboarding budgets, and act as a liaison across departments to drive collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, experience in last mile logistics, and at least intermediate English, ready to improve recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed).
• Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery.
• Intermediate English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment of qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners.
• Provide training on delivery processes and ensure that drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools.
• Ensure that suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery.
• Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
