Cainiao is seeking a recruitment coordinator for last-mile delivery partnerships in Mexico. The role focuses on recruiting qualified suppliers and delivery partners, as well as providing training on delivery processes to ensure drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools.

The candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation for last-mile delivery, manage onboarding budgets to minimize costs while maintaining quality, and act as a liaison between departments to foster

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed).
• Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery.
• Intermediate English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment of qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners.
• Provide training on delivery processes and ensure drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools.
• Ensure that suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery.
• Budget management for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration.
