Cainiao Group is seeking a driven Last-Mile Operations Lead in Mérida, Mexico to oversee end-to-end delivery projects and daily operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, build a high-performing team, and collaborate with sorting centers and line haul/mid-mile teams to boost efficiency and SLA adherence.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on operational experience and strong English communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operational processes.
• Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
• Proficient in English for cross-functional communication with teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
• Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Oversee all vendors and partners.
