Avnet, a global technology distributor, seeks a customer service professional to respond to inquiries, expedite critical orders and resolve issues. You will support the sales team, track orders, process invoices, and help maintain records to ensure smooth operations.

You will identify opportunities to improve processes, maintain strong customer relations and resolve complaints in compliance with consumer laws.

Formación

• Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders and researches issues.
• Maintains and updates electronic or hard copy records as required.
• Interacts with sales team and external customers to support orders and processes.

Responsabilidades

• May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution and stock rotation.
• Identify, investigate and participate in process improvement and KPI initiatives.
• Ensure good customer relations and resolve claims fairly and in line with consumer laws.
• Maintain and update records as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
