Citi in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Ops Support Assistant 4 to provide day-to-day operations support across documentation, records management and account opening in coordination with the Core Team. You will liaise with operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients to ensure smooth workflows.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, adherence to Citi policies, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and processes.

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and Human Resource Systems preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist unit manager by providing guidance on processes and operating procedures.
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficiency, quality, timeliness, and workflow.
• Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation to prevent workflow issues.
• Interact with internal departments and clients to resolve issues.
• Monitor in-process work to meet business and quality standards.
• Assist in decisions within established procedures balancing employee, company and customer needs.
• Support a wide range of products and services and act as team SME.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and regulations.
