Citi in Mexico City is seeking an Ops Support Specialist 5 to provide day-to-day operations support within the Core Operations framework. The role involves record/documentation maintenance, account handling, and liaison work with relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and solid understanding of dispute processes.

Formación

2–4 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Comprehensive knowledge of the dispute process.
Ability to work unsupervised and solve problems.
Occasional weekends may be required for Pega releases and COB testing.

Responsabilidades

Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to Citi's clients.
Identify opportunities to offer value added products and services while adhering to laws and regulations.
Communicate with management on productivity, quality, MIS indicators, and provide written/oral communications for approvals and resolutions.
Facilitate training based on staff needs and assist with questions within Disputes.
Support a diverse array of products and services and assist with Lean and process improvement projects.
Resolve complex problems based on best practice and escalate as needed, ensuring risk controls and compliance.
