The Ops Support Assistant 4 at Citigroup is an entry-level role focused on day-to-day operations support, including record/documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

You will serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients, while ensuring compliance with laws and Citi policies, driving quality, and helping resolve

Formación

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and HR systems
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technology
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Assist unit manager by guiding staff on processes and procedures
• Coordinate team efforts to maintain workflow, quality, and timeliness
• Evaluate resources and help identify issues impacting department workflow
• Interact with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues
• Monitor in-process work to meet standards and risk controls
• Support decision-making within established procedures
