Qualifications

• Experience selling financial products.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and management of objections with customers to achieve effective sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by growing portfolio, cross-selling, and attracting new clients.
• Understand client needs to strengthen the bank–customer relationship.
• Provide high-value advisory services to SME clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Citi policies.
• Visit clients to identify improvements and develop action plans.
