Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team across an operational site, ensuring safety, productivity and excellent customer service. You will manage daily tasks, drive process improvements, and work with engineers and other managers to standardize shift procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, Spanish fluency, and 1+ years of leadership in retail or distribution. You will work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends, with opportunities to develop

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, distribution or similar environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak).

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety and wellbeing culture.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize operations and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the team in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
