Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shift operations at a delivery station with a focus on safety and productivity. The role requires rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve weekend/holiday work during peak events to ensure plan execution.

The position oversees 15-30 Associates, driving safety and productivity through coaching, real-time adjustments, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and fluency in Spanish are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; 40h/wk with overtime.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail/distribution.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety leadership as the primary focus and ensure 100% WHS compliance.
• Supervise inbound, sort, and dispatch during night shifts to meet targets.
• Coordinate with DSPs to guarantee route capacity and quality.
• Provide daily coaching to 15-30 Associates on safe practices and productivity.
• Analyze safety and productivity data to identify improvements and reduce incidents.
• Support new operations launches and cross-functional collaboration.
