• Multiple ServiceNow certifications and hands-on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across dev, test, prod.
• Design integrations using Workflow Data Fabric and Integration Hub.
• Configure and support conversational AI and AI-powered workflows.
