Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor to lead a small Operations Support team and provide direction to ensure seamless delivery of operational services in alignment with Citi’s support infrastructure.

The role requires mid-level management skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while acting as SME to stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement and English/Spanish proficiency are valued in this Mexico City-based position.

Formación

• 2-5 years of related business experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team (up to 10) and streamline operations.
• Conduct training, monitor quality and provide performance feedback, including pay/promotions recommendations.
• Analyze operations information and make evaluative judgments to solve problems.
• Identify and resolve routine issues within established procedures.
• Identify staffing needs to ensure adequate staffing.
• Serve as backup for the manager, as needed.
• Operate with limited supervision and act as SME to senior stakeholders.
• Manage teams and ensure exceptional client experience and risk-aware decisions.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency and maintain standards.
