Sanmina is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our team in a role focused on managing customer purchase orders, forecasting, and open order tracking. The position targets recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about project management and customer-centric execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Recent graduates or 1–2 years in similar roles (e.g., Sales Administration, Customer Program Administrator, Materials Planning, or Order Management).
• Advanced English fluency is required.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, data lookup/matching).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
• Excellent customer service, effective communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Demand Control: Upload and update demand forecasts into internal platforms.
• Backlog & Open Order Management: Monitor and maintain active tracking of open orders and backlog.
• Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Order Change Requests: Process customer-requested changes, including price adjustments, requested/estimated delivery dates, quantity updates, and partial or full cancellations.
• Administrative Processes.
• Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorities) and warranty requests.
• Manage Credit Memos and billing for special service.
• Create and set up new Part Numbers (PNs) in the system.
