Sanmina is seeking a Program Manager in Mexico to oversee end-to-end customer programs and shipment planning. The role requires coordinating OTD, PPV, ECO processes, quotation activities, and action logs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The candidate should have at least 4 years of program management or customer service experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work across functional teams including logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
• English proficiency 90% or higher.
• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management.
• Excellent communication skills; able to manage a group of direct report employees.
• Excellent negotiation skills; ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
• Understands shipment processes/methods and incoterms.
• Handles OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
• Willingness to take calls/meetings outside standard worktime.
• Able to handle customer visits/plant tours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end customer programs and related shipments.

• Coordinate action logs, yield reporting, and customer communications.
• Negotiate with customers and align on project objectives and timelines.
• Lead meetings and visits; support travel and site tours as needed.
