Responsabilidades

• Serve as site liaison between Sanmina and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure all program-related decisions follow the terms and conditions of the customer contract.
• Understand all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, and issue resolution (A/R, E&O, PPV, credit, RMAs).
• Direct customers toward additional Sanmina-SCI products or services as appropriate.
