Sanmina Corporation India is seeking a Program Manager 4 to lead customer programs within a global EMS environment. The role focuses on program management, order-to-delivery, and quotations, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have 8+ years in customer service/program management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with RFQ processes and NPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or similar in a related field.
• Proficient in English.
• 8+ years of experience in customer service/program management.

Responsabilidades

• OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
• Flexible to take calls/meetings outside standard worktime.
• Able to handle customer visits and plant tours.
