Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer service and program activities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong English, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

You will oversee OTD/PPV/ECO/E&O and handle quotation processes, action logs, and yield reporting. Flexibility to participate in calls outside standard hours and manage direct reports is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
• English 90% proficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills apply when dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of direct report employees.
• Understanding of shipment processes/methods and incoterms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program management and customer-service activities for key accounts.
• Manage OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, quotation processes, action logs and yield reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer visits, agendas and plant Tours as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate and resolve issues.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
• Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
• Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
• Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
• Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
