Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs, coordinate shipments, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple customers in the electronics manufacturing services sector.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, negotiate with customers, and optimize processes, incoterms, and quotations while maintaining strong communication and flexibility to meet demanding schedules.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
• English proficiency at 90%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service or program management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Understanding of shipment processes and incoterms.
• Experience managing OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, quotations, logs, yields and reports.
• Willingness to take calls/meetings outside standard hours.
• Able to coordinate customer visits and plant tours.

• Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
• Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
• Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
