Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (letters, notices, and confirms)
• Provide status updates and create presentations for steering committee updates
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance to obtain sign-off on regulatory requirements
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology, advising on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
• Recommend business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
• Create and facilitate training sessions, demos and UAT scripts against requirements
• Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for follow-ups across departments
• Work on multiple projects delivering regulatory client deliverables such as statements, reports, letters and notices
• Support client needs while ensuring an exceptional client experience through measurable metrics
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi policies and safeguarding Citi and clients
