Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Key Account Manager Jr to drive sales budgets and build business plans with major clients in Mexico. The role requires coordinating with Channel Marketing and Operations to ensure plan execution and optimal inventory levels.

Candidates should have a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 3+ years in sales (pharma OTC or FCG), and experience with Walmart. Proficiency in MS Office and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required.
• At least 3 years’ sales experience, pharmaceutical OTC or / and FCG company is required.
• Experience working with Walmart is required.
• Intermediate English level is a plus.
• Requires ability to manage high-level presentations and negotiations with buyers, directors of key customers.
• Must be highly analytical to develop high impact commercial actions.
• Individuals should be able to work under pressure always oriented towards achieving results. Should be expert at Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales budget for the client group and develop the business plan with Channel Manager.
• Manage inventories, credit & collections and investments at clients.
• Develop and execute annual business plan to reach objectives.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Channel Manager to plan activities.
• Support Operations Field Force manager and teams for communication and execution of plans.
• Develop innovative sales proposals to strengthen Bayer leadership with clients.
• Coordinate and execute quarterly meetings between Bayer and main clients.
• Maintain adequate inventory and credit & collections KPIs.
