• Support Case Triage & Follow-up within the Data & Cloud Platform Team, ensuring customer issues are fully resolved.
• Updating customer-facing documentation as gaps are identified through support work.
• Improving processes through automation and AI Agents; partner with engineering to improve product reliability and build internal tools.
