John Deere in Nuevo León is seeking a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join the Data & Cloud Platform Team. You will triage and follow up cases, communicate clearly with customers, and escalate complex issues when needed.

The role emphasizes automation, API familiarity, and collaboration with engineering to improve product reliability. A bachelor's in Engineering/CS and willingness to learn are required.

Main Responsabilities

• Support Case Triage & Follow-up within the Data & Cloud Platform Team, ensuring customer issues are fully resolved. Communicate clearly with customers throughout the support lifecycle, as well as **escalate** complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Updating customer-facing documentation as gaps are identified through support work.
• Improving processes through automation and AI Agents. Partner with engineering teams to improve product reliability, reduce recurring issues and close feedback loops faster. Identify opportunities to build internal tools that make the support and the engineering teams more effective.

What Skills You Need

• 2 years of experience in a technical role (SW engineering, support, QA, IT or equivalent) Interest in automation and developer tooling Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proeficiency in one modern language (Python, JavaScript, Typescript, or similar) Familiatrity with using APIs and reading API documentation
• Basic understanding of how web applications and backend services work
• Willingness to learn new tools, languages and frameworks as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and ask for help when stuck

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with AI agents and harnessing, with exposure to building agent frameworks, plugins or skills
• Experience building small integrations, scripts or automations
• Familiarity with support tooling (e.g. JIRA)
• Prior experience in customer-facing support
• Familiarity with AWS/Databricks

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent
