Formación

• 2 years of experience in a technical role (SW engineering, support, QA, IT or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in one modern language (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) and reading API docs.

Responsabilidades

• Support Case Triage & Follow-up within Data & Cloud Platform Team; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Update customer-facing documentation as gaps are identified through support work.
• Improve processes through automation and AI agents; partner with engineering to boost reliability and build internal tools.
