Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas in Aguascalientes to oversee all F&B operations for a popular restaurant. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across outlets.

You will train staff, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining food safety standards and utilizing restaurant management software and POS systems. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on F&B operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and understand P&L statements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is essential.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and build loyalty.
• Control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Drive sales through effective promotions and upselling techniques.
• Analyze sales data and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
