Amalga Group is seeking a full-time IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Monterrey team, operating in a Hybrid/Contractor model. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for international clients, focusing on sourcing and hiring specialized IT and tech talent, with heavy emphasis on English-language communication.

You will screen candidates in English, manage international pipelines, and coordinate with U.S. stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on IT and tech recruitment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) in both written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment processes for assigned tech roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, tech databases, referrals, and specialized job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, English proficiency, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and U.S. client stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records updated in our ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple IT searches simultaneously while meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Amalga is looking for a full-time IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey under a Hybrid / Contractor model. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for international clients, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and hiring specialized IT and tech talent.

A very strong English level (C1+) is required as you will work directly with U.S.-based clients, conduct screenings in English, and manage international candidate pipelines.

Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) in both written and spoken communication. Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and proactive sourcing strategies. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Availability to work in a Hybrid scheme in Monterrey, Mexico.

Position Details & Compensation

Salary: $1,850 USD / month Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Monterrey, NL (Hybrid)
