Formación

This role is ideal for a recruiter who combines strong talent acquisition expertise with a solid understanding of technical and engineering profiles.

Detailed Job Description

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent to support Huawei’s growing business operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of ICT-related positions. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience while supporting Huawei’s talent growth initiatives in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ICT and technology positions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.

Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.

Recruit technical professionals across domains such as networking, cloud computing, data centers, software development, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Provide recruitment market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.

Strong recruitment experience for ICT-related roles, preferably in Networks, Cloud, Data Center, Telecommunications, or related technology domains.

Solid understanding of technical profiles, technologies, and IT industry terminology.

Experience sourcing and recruiting highly skilled technology professionals.

Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Fluent conversational English (Mandatory).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience recruiting for telecommunications or ICT organizations.
