• Strategic Sourcing: Use Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow to identify passive talent.
• Market Intelligence: Advise hiring managers on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with US-based clients and hiring managers to align strategies.

Role Overview

At VALCE Talent Solutions we are looking for a skilled and results-driven IT Recruiter with over 3 years of experience specializing in the US tech market. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-level technical positions, navigating the nuances of the US corporate landscape while based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing process for technical talent across the US.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) to identify passive tech talent.
• Market Intelligence: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate journey from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with US-based clients and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of proven success as an IT Recruiter, explicitly sourcing and hiring for the US market
• Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of tech stacks, frameworks, and engineering methodologies (e.g., Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to confidently pitch opportunities to senior US talent.
• Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter workflows.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, culturally agile, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
