• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years IT experience, or associate degree with 2+ years IT experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT concepts including servers, video conferencing systems, and wireless endpoints.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to walk/climb stairs or ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel within region less than 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, OS, and software.
• Track requests through resolution, ensure customer satisfaction, escalate when needed.
• Install/troubleshoot wired/wireless networks per corporate standards.
• Install/troubleshoot communications systems including video/voice conferencing and mobile services.
• Collaborate with teams on IT initiatives and projects.
• Provide support across offices, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses.
