Vistance Networks in Tijuana, Baja California, is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across our office, manufacturing, and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot devices, software, network connectivity, and conferencing systems while delivering excellent user support.

You will track service requests, collaborate with IT teams on projects, and contribute to rapid, high-quality resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, networking and IT hardware.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network, wireless, and connectivity issues across locations.
• Assist with video conferencing, voice, and communications systems.
• Track and resolve service requests while delivering excellent customer support.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and improvements.
