Grupo TECMA seeks an IT Technician to provide technical support for employees and maintain computer systems, networks, hardware, and software in a manufacturing setting. The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer-service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

The ideal candidate has a IT/CS focus with 2+ years in a similar role, solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and basic security practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and networks.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and basic networking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Grupo TECMA employees.
• Ensure proper operation of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Assist in a manufacturing environment with IT-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT technical support or a similar position.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with PC hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of IT security and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability to provide support in a manufacturing environment.
