FlexTal Staffing LLC seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver proactive end-user support across hardware, software, and network systems. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors while upholding structured support processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and a focus on asset tracking, security, and efficient IT operations. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support environments.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops) and software support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and structured support processes.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs).
• Familiarity with identity and access tools (e.g., Microsoft Entra, MFA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual Spanish/English for international support is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage incoming tickets through the Help Desk system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a reactive, on-demand support model.
• Support collaboration tools and enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Configure and support VPN access and connectivity for employees.
• Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventories and documentation.
