Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktop computers, related devices, and end-user technical issues
• Install, configure, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support enterprise applications
• Assist with system upgrades and support digital solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel macros

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field
• Experience as a Computer Systems Engineer / entry-level IT support profile
• Intermediate knowledge of c omputer hardware installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, a pplication installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance, n etwork configuration
• Experience creating basic Power BI dashboards
• Experience installing computer devices

Experiences/Education - Desired

• English reading and writing
• Experience supporting MES/ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel macros
• Manufacturing plant / site support experience
• Experience with network node installation and support
