EPAM Systems, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, seeks a structured Project Manager to oversee IT and software initiatives. You will drive delivery, align timelines, budgets, and scope while coordinating with engineering, product managers, and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 5+ years of experience including team leadership, and proficiency with Jira/Asana/MS Project.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in relevant work experience including 2 years in lead/manager/coordinator roles.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ members.
• 2 full-cycle project experiences across development lifecycles.
• Strong SDLC knowledge; Waterfall and Agile/Scrum experience valuable.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet.
• PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables with detailed plans.
• Distribute engineering resources across ongoing projects.
• Monitor budgets, spending, and resource usage.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigations.
• Serve as primary update contact for status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with engineering and operations.
