RPMGlobal is seeking a Project Manager to join our software development team from Guadalajara, Mexico, to drive planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software initiatives. You will work with Software Development Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into executable plans and manage dependencies and risks.

The role requires 8+ years in project management or engineering delivery, a deep understanding of SDLC and Agile practices, and proficiency

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management, technical program management, or engineering delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering delivery practices.
• Experience with development planning and tracking platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
• Experience defining and tracking development KPIs, delivery metrics, release plans, and resource allocation.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and involving multiple teams.
• Strong planning, organisation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with ownership and accountability.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Legally entitled to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution for complex engineering projects, end-to-end.
• Facilitate agile planning and execution practices, adapting the process to each team and project.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple disciplines, including full-stack, Computer Vision, ML, mobile, DevOps, and QA.
• Track project health, KPIs, delivery commitments, and key risks, providing clear status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and improve workflows.
• Help standardise planning, tracking, release, and reporting practices.
• Support continuous improvement across project management.
