EPAM Systems, Inc. is looking for a methodical Project Manager to guide IT and software development projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, product managers, and stakeholders to align timelines, resources, risks, and overall delivery.

The role demands strong organizational skills, team leadership, and English fluency. You will work with global teams on international projects and contribute to process improvements and delivery excellence.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in lead roles.
• Minimum 1 year overseeing a team of 5+ people.
• 2 full-cycle project experiences across SDLC; Waterfall and Agile/Scrum helpful.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com or Smartsheet.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification a plus.
• Strong English communication (B2+).

We are looking for a methodical and results-oriented Project Manager to guide the planning, execution, and timely delivery of our IT and software development projects. In this capacity, you will act as the central driver ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and true to scope. You will coordinate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and outside stakeholders to organize timelines, manage resources, tackle risks, and secure smooth delivery from start to finish.
