EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and software development teams. You will translate complex problems into high-quality requirements and drive functional and non-functional specifications throughout the SDLC.

You will partner with business units, product managers, and users to shape to-be workflows, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and support UAT with QA and business users. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units, product managers, and users to gather, clarify, and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze s-is processes, identify pain points, and design to-be workflows to streamline operations.
• Translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD where appropriate, for the development backlog.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating communication throughout the SDLC.
• Partner with QA and business users to validate delivered software meets requirements, including UAT.
