Ariston Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the SAP and Enterprise Applications team across multiple business functions and regions, combining leadership with strong SAP expertise. You will manage SAP and other business-critical applications, drive strategic projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in SAP and Enterprise Applications environments.
• 5+ years leading IT projects and cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
• Strong experience managing SAP environments, preferably ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Advanced English level.
• Advanced Spanish level.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse operations.
• Proven experience leading multiple simultaneous projects and managing external vendors/consultants.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, SDLC processes, Change Management, IT governance, Risk management.

Requirements
