Bain & Company in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Infrastructure Governance & Architecture function within TSG's TechOps Product Management. You will provide the operational backbone for governance and delivery, including backlog maintenance and intake coordination across Architecture, CyberOps, and Engineering teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, operations, or information systems.
• 3–5 years in product, platform, business analyst, or technology operations roles.
• Experience supporting a product owner or program manager with backlog management and reporting.
• Comfort creating artefacts for engineering and architecture teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support Governance Product Owner with backlog management, intake coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate governance intake across Architecture and Engineering teams and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and actionable work items for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain governance artefact library and ensure documentation is current and accessible.
• Provide operational support to align with roadmap execution and stakeholder communications.
