Bain & Company in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Infrastructure Governance & Architecture function within TSG's TechOps Product Management. You will provide the operational backbone for governance and delivery, including backlog maintenance and intake coordination across Architecture, CyberOps, and Engineering teams.

• Comfort creating artefacts for engineering and architecture teams.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Senior Analyst supporting the Infrastructure Governance & Architecture product function within TSG's TechOps Product Management team, you'll provide the operational backbone that enables effective product governance and delivery.

Working closely with the Governance Product Owner and Platform Infrastructure team, you'll help keep the product function running smoothly by maintaining the backlog, coordinating delivery activities, managing governance artefacts, and facilitating intake across Architecture, CyberOps, and Engineering teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product & Stakeholder Support

• Support the Governance Product Owner with day-to-day backlog management, intake coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate governance intake requests across Architecture and Engineering teams, ensuring requests are logged, triaged, and visible.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating inputs into user stories and actionable work items.
• Maintain visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes across stakeholders and the broader Platform Infrastructure team.
• Support stakeholder communications, including roadmap updates and governance status reporting.

Governance Artefacts & Documentation

• Own and maintain the governance artefact library, including architectural standards, best-practice documentation, and governance tracking materials.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, current, clearly written, and easily accessible to the engineering communities it supports.
• Help establish consistent governance processes that are easy for technical teams to understand and follow.

Operational Excellence

• Coordinate product governance activities from intake through delivery tracking.
• Ensure governance documentation and standards remain aligned with roadmap execution.
• Provide operational support that enables the Product Owner to focus on strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in technology, operations, or information systems preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in a product, platform, business analyst, or technology operations role
• Experience supporting a product owner or program manager — backlog management, status tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain living documentation across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Familiarity with governance or compliance frameworks at a working level preferred
• Strong written communication skills and comfort producing artefacts that engineering and architecture teams can act from
• Organized and methodical, with a track record of bringing structure to complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience working in agile delivery environments

Working Model

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least one day per week.
