Capgemini is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst in Mexico to gather and document integration requirements, user stories, use cases and process flows. You will coordinate across Mexico and downstream teams to align on delivery goals and manage risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.

You'll support end-to-end testing, ensure production readiness, and adopt HTS-related changes. The role requires 4-6 years in analysis, Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Formación

• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, use cases and process maps.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of integration processes, dependencies and end-to-end testing practices.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
