Bain & Company in Mexico is seeking a Staff Engineer for Coro's DevOps and Assurance team to design cloud infrastructure & automation at scale. You will drive Terraform, Azure services, AKS, and CI/CD practices, partnering with architects and engineers across the firm.

You will mentor DevOps engineers, shape platform roadmaps, and ensure security, reliability, and efficient delivery of software across Bain's global ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–9 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform engineering at senior or staff level.
• Proven track record architecting and operating cloud infrastructure in production at scale.
• Experience leading and mentoring DevOps or platform engineers in fast-paced product organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and evolution of cloud infrastructure built on Terraform and Terraform Cloud; define module structure, state strategy, and remote backends.
• Architect Azure networking end-to-end including VNet/subnet topology, private endpoints, DNS, NSG design, and Front Door Premium.
• Own CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions for container builds, deployments, and releases; establish container image lifecycle.
• Lead observability and security improvements; triage issues, IAM scoping, CVE remediation, and incident handling.
• Mentor DevOps engineers, set technical direction, and shape platform roadmaps across NGSS.
