CNX in Mexico City seeks a Sr. Technical Representative, IT Operations, to provide first‑level support for network outages and IT incidents.

You will handle daily network activities, incident/change management, and end-user requests within SLAs, reporting to the Network Engineering Team. The ideal candidate has a diploma or is studying Computer Science, fluent English (B2+), at least 1 year in IT support, and hands-on knowledge of Windows/Mac networks, DNS, and Active Directory.

Formación

• Diploma or currently studying Computer Science or related field.
• B2/B2+ English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support.
• Knowledge in Windows & Mac OS network configuration.
• Knowledge in PC maintenance.
• Knowledge in PC repair.
• Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Network issues and file shares problems.
• Software issues and OS support (Windows and Mac OS).
• Escalate issues and involve experts to resolve quickly.
• Work with IT team on new branch builds/upgrades.
• Maintain IT records and tracking for responsibilities.
