Geely Auto Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Manager to connect local business teams with the HQ IT organization. You will ensure core systems—DMS, CRM, ERP—support Mexico's commercial operations and growth, combining business insight with project management, and hands-on system oversight.

You will collaborate with HQ to tailor solutions for the Mexican market, manage requirements, coordinate UAT, and lead end-user training while driving process improvements and operational stability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of business processes and systems used in the Mexican market.
• Proven experience working with DMS, CRM, ERP, or other automotive business applications.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local business departments to gather, analyze, and document system and process requirements.
• Act as the bridge between local stakeholders and the HQ IT development team.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of core business systems, including DMS, CRM, and ERP solutions.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive projects to successful completion.
• Lead user training, system adoption initiatives, and advanced end-user support.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for local system-related issues and coordinate with HQ teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Monitor system performance and help ensure operational stability and business continuity.
