Geely Auto Mexico is looking for an HR Operations & Payroll professional to independently manage the end-to-end Mexican payroll cycle and HR operations. The role will handle expatriate employee administration, registrations, and on-boarding while ensuring compliance with IMSS platforms (IDSE, SUA, SIPARE).

Strong English communication and structured documentation are required. You will coordinate with HQ HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and immigration vendors, support audits, and develop SOPs,

Formación

• Experience managing full Mexican payroll cycle end-to-end.
• Experience with payroll systems and IMSS platforms.
• Strong English communication and Spanish fluency.
• Ability to create SOPs, templates, and knowledge bases.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage the full payroll cycle, including inputs, calculation, validation, approvals and payslips.
• Operate Mexican payroll and IMSS-related systems (IDSE, SUA, SIPARE) and manage registrations and contributions.
• Support expatriate employees with visas, permits, CURP, RFC and onboarding.
• Manage daily HR operations: onboarding, data, leaves, salary changes, benefits, offboarding.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, workflows, checklists, trackers, and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with HQ HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, immigration agents and vendors.
• Assist internal audits, government inspections, payroll peaks and urgent HR matters.
