Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Head of IT/Site Support IT Leader for the Mexicali factory. You will own the entire IT footprint, align with corporate strategy, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance, security, and uptime across MES, SCADA and OT systems.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong leadership, and collaboration with EHS/Quality to ensure governance and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• English required; Thai strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting MES, SCADA, Warehouse, and OT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success partnering with corporate IT to implement enterprise standards and drive alignment.
• Knowledge of campus networking and security: Cisco switching/Wi‑Fi, Cisco ASA/Firepower, SD‑WAN, NAC/802.1X (Cisco ISE), and SolarWinds.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full IT footprint at the Mexicali factory, including infrastructure, operations, applications, and OT systems.
• Serve as the senior IT representative and strategic partner to the General Manager and staff.
• Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and governance standards.
• Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing and performance.
• Ensure operational continuity for MES, SCADA, ERP and coordinate with corporate teams for enhancements.
• Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project execution.
